collect & save your images
1. create a folder on the desktop

3. Give it a name

2. Collect your images
- Background images: at least 900 x 800 pixels
- Click the picture and drag it to the folder on the desktop, or right click the image, choose 'copy' and paste it in the folder. If you can't decide, gather more than what you need- you don't have to use everything you find.
You need:- @ least 3 pictures for a background- think about what the light source will be
- 2 other objects, plants, people, animals, etc.
3. avoiding copyright infringement/ Finding Specific Images
You must use less than 50% of an image you find unless it is copyright free. In other words, if you are cutting a part of a picture out to recombine, this is fine. If you are using all of one photo like an individual object by itself, you need a copyright free image.
Search option : Google Advanced Search
Scroll to the bottom of the page to 'Usage Rights.' Click 'free to use, share, or modify.' Results will show you pictures that are ok to use. |
4. Download your pictures from the green screen in class
Click the folder, download your picture(s), and add it to your folder:1. Open the photo you want
2. Click the download arrow in the top middle of the image
3. Your picture should now show up in the download folder on the computer
